The Boulder Peloton Amenities, Benefits, and Fees
The Boulder Peloton condos come with many amenities that other developments don’t include. Does that come with a higher price? Perhaps so, but we need to evaluate if the fees are reasonable relative to the services provided.
Many Boulder condos, even fairly old ones, come with a condo fee in excess of $200 and sometimes even over $250 with very little in the way of services and amenities.
That’s sometimes just what it takes to cover basic needs like trash, snow removal, a fund for capital improvements and insurance.
The Peloton comes with a large number of additional or ‘unique’ services, and they structure the fees around the size of the home at the project. I have the formula here, and a run down on the list of things you get for you to review.
Call, text, or email me today! … if you want to talk about what’s happening in and around Boulder county, or especially if you, or someone you know is planning a move. In the meantime…
Benefits of the Peloton include the same old stuff like water, sewer, trash, recycling, and maintenance.
And the Peloton also includes the insurance, gas, heat, AC unit on the roof, Eco bus pass, and community center that can replace a gym membership.
Bicycles, a Dog park, Security, on site maintenance staff, on site property management, Window cleaning, a Game Room with plasma televisions, billiards tables, shuffle board, poker tables, a private movie theater, special private meeting rooms, and all the amenities available to them in the community center like the pool (Boulder’s only year ’round rooftop pool), hot tubs, fire pits, and Free Wi Fi.
To determine the monthy homeowner’s association cost, the formula is $3.41 x the square feet of the property, and divide by 12.
So a 1000 square foot home, is roughly $284.
Whether it’s mountain property for sale, a rare build-able lot in Louisville, sustainably designed green-built homes for sale, neighborhood profiles, or Boulder county business profiles, I strive every day to give you the useful information and critical support you need to make an informed decision.

One Response to “The Boulder Peloton Amenities, Benefits, and Fees”
Got something to say?

This is not a forum for rants.
I made an effort to allow multiple views from different people in the comments on this blog post.
I gave the Peloton staff an opportunity to respond.
Several people have attempted to post comments using fake email addresses, and real addresses supposedly of other people.
I will not approve any future comments to my blog that I determine are rants.
My suggestion is that if anyone has issue with The Peloton management or home owners association or its board, they take it up with them through the proper channels.
I would say this is the proper approach for any association or project.
Now that I’ve been overwhelmed with emails, I’ve decided to simply not approve any comments to this post on my blog until the comments I see become reasonable (in my opinion, after all it is my blog), and that the comments appear to come from real people using real email addresses.
I think if anyone has issues to address, they need to speak to the Peloton management directly.
