Sprinkler Blow Outs, The Time Is Now

The time for sprinkler blow outs is here, and if you live in Boulder, Superior, Louisville, Loveland, Longmont, Lafayette, Erie, Broomfield, or anywhere in the vicinity, I have the help you need.

I have two referrals for you, so depending on where you live, or what your schedule looks like, you can choose who works best for you!

Call, Text, or Email me if if you want to talk more about what’s going on in the local market; whether it’s jobs, quality of life opportunities, or the real estate market, I’d love to hear from you.

If you want me to cut to the chase, and just want your sprinklers cleared out for the season, here are the two guys I’d recommend:

Rafael Gonzales: (303) 875-2644

Rafael is an excellent, well-known local Superior, CO landscaper, and he recently came by to aerate my lawn, and also several of my neighbor’s lawns. He said now’s the time to blow out the sprinks. He also said that if you have some of your neighbors get together and have the sprinklers cleared out on the same day, he’ll offer a group discount.

Shawn Paolino: 303-704-2559

Shawn’s based out of the Longmont/Loveland area but he’s been known to travel all over our area, and he’s helped many people with this annual task over the last few years. He told me recently that the cost is $30 for his service.

Both men have what it takes to help you with this and I know they’ll both do a great job. So, instead of opening up the phone book, call one of these excellent providers today, and get this taken care of before your lines freeze.

Also, don’t forget to unhook your hose from the hose bib on the side of your house. With temps at almost 30 degrees Fahrenheit early this AM, there’s no sense in risking an expensive plumbing repair due to a frozen valve.

Whether it’s mountain property for salevacant land for sale, sustainably designed green-built homes for saleneighborhood profiles, or Boulder county business profiles, I strive every day to give you the useful information and critical support you need to make an informed decision.

Call, Text, or Email me. I’m never too busy for your referrals, as a real estate professional intent on giving back to the community, my relationship-based approach is exactly what you’ve been looking for in a helpful Realtor, and I will listen to you.

So you may not be moving, but if you know someone who is, I’d love to hear from you. Call, Text, or Email me anytime.

Didn’t believe me? 19 degrees for a low this morning… did you blow your sprinks, or did mother nature blow your anti-backflow valve for you the hard way last night?

Got something to say?
