Level 3 Communications Understands Marketing

Level 3 Communications, a Broomfield-based local employer has seen its ups and downs over the years since coming to the area. Or at least the local residents have seen some ups and downs.

But now I’ve heard that Jeff Tench, the company’s president of its business markets group, said he understands when it’s time to kick into a higher gear on the marketing front. The time is seems, is now.

With what many feel is a rough economy, having some great top-of-mind awareness and strong marketing in place as business markets are ready to expand, is perhaps just what the doctor ordered for this large local employer. Ah strategy in play once again.

Call or email me soon, to get an inside look at how you can capitalize on the bottom of the residential real estate market lcoally.

Interested in taking advantage of a real estate market poised to expand in an improving economy? If you think Mr. Tench, and his colleagues at Level 3 are onto something, you may want to look closely at the Broomfield and Superior real estate markets.

Even though Level 3 is technically located in Broomfield, it’s at the southwestern corner of the border of the city and county of Broomfield. Most of the homes that service Level 3 employees are actually in the Rock Creek community in Superior, Colorado.

It’s time to take a close look at what’s going on in that real estate market, if people like Jeff Tench, and the coming General Manager of Level 3’s Front Range territory Jeremy Dodds, and focused on ramping up spending on reorganizing.

New employees have already been hired, and the magnifying glass is on the Front Range area from Colorado Springs, to Boulder and even Fort Collins. Level 3 Communications is reportedly hiring support and sales staff in each of its five territories.

Call, text, or email me today to explore your options for capitalizing on the residential real estate market impact these Level 3 changes will make locally.
