Boulder Real Estate Market Update June 2010
The homes in Boulder are still selling well, and activity is up to what we’d consider a normal pace. There are a couple of really great opportunities I’ve seen, and a couple of sellers who are still holding out for a little more money than the market will currently bear… so they’ll just have to wait.
The data on Boulder condos says that condos are taking less time to sell, and we’re seeing an uptick in number of sold homes. Nice and steady… and the average and median prices of sold Boulder condos is doing well.
