C-470, Jefferson Parkway Impact on Superior, CO

The Jefferson Parkway Public Highway Authority has initiated the project development process for the Jefferson Parkway…

a proposed approximately 10-mile toll road that will connect SH128 in Broomfield, Colorado to SH93 in Jefferson County about one mile north of West  64th Avenue.

The Authority consists of Jefferson County, City of Arvada, and the City and County of Broomfield.
Call, text, or email me today! … I’d seriously enjoy having the opportunity to talk to you about your plans if you’re moving, or if you know someone who is considering a move, and needs some straight answers.
The proposed Jefferson Parkway will create traffic impacts on the Town of Superior, including two new interchanges at Indiana St. and Simms.  These interchanges will move traffic off of the Jefferson Parkway coming from the south to State Highway 128 and then to McCaslin Boulevard on route to Boulder.  Also traffic from the north to get on the Jefferson Parkway to go south to I-70 or Golden will cause more traffic flow on McCaslin Boulevard.
To give you a feel for the projected volumes on the Jefferson Parkway and nearby roads, the Northwest Corridor Study 2025 projections show approximately 40,000 daily vehicle trips on the Jefferson Parkway, and as a result increase traffic on McCaslin Boulevard.
