Is It Time To Buy Boulder Real Estate

You could be asking yourself if this is a good time to buy, or if you should just lay low and circle your wagons.

With the upswing in both the US stock markets and the Asian market’s rallying, I’d say if you’re thinking of investing in stocks while it’s at a historical low point, you may have missed the market. At least that’s the current buzz as of early this morning on CNN.

If you think that real estate is where you need to be, you’re still in a great position. With historically flat or low markets, and record low interest rates, this is still one of the best times to be a buyer. Both nationally and locally I’m seeing savvy real estate investors adding property to their inventory of investments.

I have a friend in California who’s taking advantage of this both in real estate, as well as in his own industry. He says it’s been a great opportunity to pick up residential real estate, as well as business entities that he and his business wouldn’t normally have access to financially.

Locally, HUD homes are getting multiple bids and not lasting long on the market. Some of my investor buyers are losing opportunities by not acting quickly enough as bargain-priced bank owned homes and privately-held homes are getting sold in record time.

Later today I have a meeting with a software engineer who is sharing with me a new product to help me and my investor clients identify the best real estate investment homes as soon as they come on the market.
