Average DOM: 116

Low Price: $139,900

High Price: $2,250,000

SOLD homes in the last week:

Number sold: 3

Low Price: $708,000

High Price: $1,236,250

Looks like higher end homes are selling in the Erie area but apparently not a good week to be selling in the entry-level price ranges in that area.
