Erie CO Real Estate Market Update Nov 2008

Number Sold: 18

Average Price: $312,092

Keep in mind that I pull my data from the primary local/regional multiple listing service called IRES. The public version is www.coloproperty.com, but when you search the public version, sometimes you’ll not see as up-to-date info, so feel free to check in with me if you need data that’s spot-on accurate for today. I double checked in the Denver Metro MLS system just to see if some rascal listed anything in that system and not in our local MLS. Nope, there was only one condo sold in Nov. It was new construction built by Engle homes.

Here’s the important part: it was listed at over $215,000.00, but it sold for $193,325. I guess that tells us that new home builders are eager to make deals.
