Boulder Neighborhood Pine Brook Hills
Pine Brook Hills is an unincorporated mountain community near Boulder which is located west to north west of Boulder and includes about 400 homes situated in the foothills on the lower part of the Front Range of the Colorado Rockies.
Newlands continues to be a popular Boulder neighborhood.
The Newlands neighborhood is one of the most highly sought-after areas by home buyers in Boulder these days. It’s been a mecca for remodeling and rebuilding as property values soared in the 1990’s and early 2000′s.
Values continue to remain strong in Boulder overall, and Newlands is one of a few choice neighborhoods that has continued to hold on to values extremely well. Supply and demand in action again, no doubt.
With easy access to downtown, Vics, Marie’s, and all the other great amenities of central Boulder, including the North Boulder Recreation Center, Community Gardens, the new Casey Middle School, Pearl Street, and of course, all the trails and open space to the west, the Newlands neighborhood is definitely one of the great Boulder neighborhoods worth exploring!

Full Cycle Bikes Special Events, Clinics and Classes
Full Cycle Bikes is one of Boulder’s premier cycling stores.
They actually have two retail Boulder bike sales and service locations; one is on The Hill and the other in the old Penny Lane location on Pearl street, east of the Pearl Street Mall.
One thing I love about Full Cycle is their dedication and commitment to the community.
This dedication really shines in many ways. Karli and her husband have helped with all sorts of community-based efforts such as the Freiker, bike to school program, and we’ll see them at the Superior Morgul Classic too.
