Boulder To Get New Boulder Real Estate Office

As offices around the country, and even around the metro area, close their doors, the Boulder real estate market is about to see a new office open. Real Estate Of The Rockies is scheduled to open its sixth metro office in Boulder this fall.

While Boulder real estate is holding its own price-wise, there’s been a lot of movement in the industry as real estate offices close,  agents switch offices, and some brokers get out of the business entirely. Real Estate Of The Rockies is apparently doing something right. With five offices in the metro front range area, including Denver, Centennial, Westminster, Longmont and Louisville, Real Estate Of The Rockies seems to have a formula for success that many broker associates appear to like. This has led to finalizing plans for opening a downtown Boulder location. I’m very excited that this plan is coming together so that I can ‘break camp’ in my temporary location at the Westminster office and get back to Boulder.

After leaving my previous brokerage in Boulder, I listened carefully to what David Binkowski, owner and managing broker for Real Estate Of The Rockies, promised about opening a Boulder facility and it’s clear that he meant what he said.

The expected opening is mid to late September so it looks like it’s just a matter of a few weeks now. I look forward to getting back to my roots in Boulder because I’ve spent a lot of time ‘working the triangle’ between my house, office and downtown Boulder where most of my business and meetings tend to happen.

When details are available, including photos of our new offices, I’ll bring them to you. I know for most of you it doesn’t matter where I am physically given the technology we utilize these days, but to me it’s important to spend most of my time in Boulder working with the people I know who help me make my business grow.

Thanks for your support and encouragement. I look forward to giving back to you and the community. One of the ways I can do this is through our upcoming community workshops on topics like Energy Efficient Mortgages (green loans), Photo Voltaic Solar solutions, Tankless Water heaters, and many others. The new location should be a great spot for these informational and valuable presentations and workshops.

Also, having a centrally located Boulder office again will give me more opportunity to get back in the groove with my committee work at Flatirons Habitat For Humanity and The Community Foundation Of Boulder County.
