Boulder Real Estate Under Contract In Record Time

2310_walnut_mls_hid445920_roomkitchen2.jpgBoulder real estate seems to sell quickly when everything’s done right. This beautiful downtown Boulder ranch style home got all the right treatment and my sellers got a contract offer in record time.

As usual, we took the time to pre inspect and complete any deferred maintenance, hired a staging consultant, professionally cleaned and photographed and all the other usual tactics to get ready for market including it’s own website.

It’s really quite a beautiful home and somewhat of a rare find in Boulder.

Built in 1956 and renovated fairly recently the kitchen is modern open and flows nicely into the bonus family room on the back of the house.

2310_walnut_mls_hid445920_roomlivingroom1.jpgThe back faces south so in the winter months when the large trees lose their leaves the sun provides welcome warmth. In the summer, the mature landscape and flower beds create a shady retreat with lots of privacy.

Although its modest 2 bedrooms and one bath can’t rival the spaciousness of its suburban and exurban counterparts, this low-carbon-footprint home is within walking distance to the Pearl Street experience, Twenty Ninth Street shopping, parks trails and everything that downtown Boulder living has to offer.

I only wish I had more of these to sell for people.
