Boulder Real Estate Market Update July 2010

Okay, so another month has passed and it’s time to report in on the basic statistics for sold homes in Boulder, and Boulder Neighborhoods.

I’ve reviewed the numbers for you for July 2010, and am reporting it all for you.

Here’s the latest data to show you what’s happened in the last calendar month.

Boulder Sold Single Family Homes July 2010 :

Number Sold: 49 (a bit lower than June)

Average Sales Price: $659,004

Median Sales Price: $542,500

Average Days On Market: 80 (a little less than June)

Boulder Sold Condos July 2010 :

Number Sold: 36

Average Price: $286,145

Median Price: $235,000

Average Days On Market: 161

Prices have stayed pretty stable for July as compared to June 2010 in Boulder for both Condos and Single Family Homes.
