Boulder Real Estate For Sale?
We’ve talked a little bit about what’s sold in the Boulder, Louisville and Superior, Colorado real estate markets recently.

As a matter of fact, I heard from a few of you about that very thing, so here we’ll share some stats about what’s for sale so that you can have a good idea of price ranges, number of homes for sale, and time on the market since we got started.

Boulder Colorado Homes For Sale:
Total Number of Homes for Sale: 622
That’s a pretty big number when you consider the MLS system won’t even report details for more than 400 at a time.
So, I’m breaking it down a little bit for you to make it more useful.
Total Number for sale:
$ less than $950k: 390
$ more than $950k: 232
Here’s some more numbers:
less than $950k:
390 homes
ADOM: 107 (average days on market)
Average Price: $610,933
Median Price: $589,900
Above $950k
Homes for Sale: 232
Average Price: $1,893,814
Median Price: $1,600,000
ADOM: 147
Ok, here’s one more worthwhile piece of data, the average price of all the sold homes in June was $625,418; so let’s look at the numbers for homes still for sale below that average price.
Number for sale below $625,000: 218 homes
ADOM: 99
Average Price of Homes For Sale: $478,096
Median Price of Homes For Sale: $495,000
This is a pretty good example of a single-family home in Boulder in the $500k range.
