World’s Tallest Building

I thought we’d look outside the local Boulder real estate arena for a moment and take a peek at the other side of the world today.

The most recent addition to the world of sky scrapers tops out at 2717 feet, making it the worlds tallest building to date. The Burj Khalifa is featured on the WSJ website in a video.

Boulder’s tallest building, at least one where you can buy a home, just set a record for sales in that building, cracking the half-million dollar mark.

Call, Text, or Email me if you, or someone you know, is thinking about moving, or simply interested in talking about the process of moving.

Unfortunately, we can’t get you #1109 at Horizon West Condos, since that already sold in a record-short time, and for a record high price, but there are many other great opportunities around Boulder.

With all the talk about Dubai’s economy having financial woes, it’s interesting to see a structure completed of such magnitude. And reports are that the building is already 90 % sold.

To give some perspective on just how tall the Burj Khalifa building is, the twin towers in NYC topped out at 1368′ and 1362′, which means the Burj Khalifa is almost twice as tall as the twin towers were.

Not ready to buy a condo in Dubai?

How about this contemporary Boulder home for sale, this  Louisville land for sale, a great suburban Boulder mountain home for sale, or this beautiful Broomfield home for sale?

I’d also like to share with you my new neighborhood profiles, and  Boulder business profiles. They’re both great ways to learn more about what’s going on in Boulder.

Call, Text, or Email me. I’m never too busy for your referrals, as a real estate professional intent on giving back to the community, my relationship-based approach is exactly what you’ve been looking for in a helpful Realtor, and I will listen to you.
