Tracy Harlow Speaks About ConocoPhillips

ConocoPhillips’ Director of Communications, Tracy Harlow, spoke at a recent real estate conference in Boulder to give us an update on the plans for ConocoPhillips’ Louisville campus.

While she admitted that the plans for the Corporate Learning Center and Global Technology Center are still being fine tuned, the schedule is still on track for deconstruction of the old Storage Tek buildings.

Call or email me soon if you want more information about local real estate happenings, or if you’re ready to explore moving ahead with your real estate plans.

While Tracy gave us some background about ConocoPhillips, including reminding us that it’s the third largest energy company in the United States, and it owns the twelve refineries it operates in the U.S.; she emphasized that ConocoPhillips is definitely a company whose core business model is centered on carbon based fuel refining and sales.

I’ll give you more details about what I learned from Tracy about ConocoPhillips’ plans for their new Louisville campus in future posts.

In the meantime, if you are thinking about moving, or have questions about real estate, won’t you call or email me today? I’d love to hear about your plans to see how we can work together to help you reach your real estate goals.
