This Boulder Realtor Knows Superior, CO

photo2.jpgI have spent a lot of time in Superior and consequently this Boulder Realtor does a lot of business in Superior too.

When Natalie and Paul knew that they wanted to switch from renting and own a home in Superior they turned to their friend and Paul’s co-worker Steve to get some advice.

Since Steve and I had worked together it turned out to be a natural fit.

Paul and Natalie wanted some guidance on how things worked in the U.S. since they were from the U.K. and I was thrilled to be able to help them through the process as I did Steve who was also from the U.K.

We spent some time in early ‘06 looking at a few things and then it turned out we needed to wait for the right time for them. By the spring / summer of ‘07 we were back on again and found them a wonderful home on Clayton Circle that had all the things they wanted.
