I did some research and found this very beautiful condo(Pelaton) with 1bed and 1 bath. I am not sure if it really is one bed room unit becuase it looked more likely a studio to me according to those pictures on the website (cohomefinder). I really liked the location and price ($100.000) but am just wondering if it is a reasonable price for a 1000 square foot condo. Hopefully you could help me. Thank you!
