Superior Sushi
Several months ago we discovered one of the best Sushi restaurants in the Boulder Valley area in an unlikely location in Superior Colorado.
It seems that master chef Yoshi Shiuchi found that after spending many years fine tuning his skills as an apprentice and finally joining a famous Japanese international restaurant chain as a master chef, he found his way to Colorado.
I say we’re the beneficiaries of his choice to make our local area his home. I’ve enjoyed many outings with family, friends and clients at Sushi Yoshi. One thing that struck me overall was the incredible quality of his preparation and presentation. There’s seems to be some nuance not found in other typical Sushi oriented establishments.
While the decor and ambiance are typical of the type of building Sushi Yoshi occupies, the quality of product more than makes up for the lack of atmosphere.
Less common items such as PRESSED SUSHI (Osaka Style) and elegant combinations seem to be trademarks of Yoshi.
