Superior Community and Networking Group

This summer a house caught on fire in my neighborhood. Superior Colorado has relatively young homes, so it’s unusual that a home would have a massive fire.

When I went to the coffee group meeting the next day at Super Joes, the topic came up that we should try to do something to help the family. A call was made to the Red Cross to see how we could help, and while a couple of phone calls to the homeowner didn’t net any future steps, it embodies the spirit of our group.

We meet at Super Joe’s because it’s a locally-owned business, and supporting locals, and locally-owned businesses is core to our beliefs in the group.

Another element of our group is how we help the community, and each other, and that’s where Ron Kenney comes into the picture.

Call, Text, or Email me if if you want to talk more about what’s going on in the local market; whether it’s jobs, quality of life opportunities, or the real estate market, I’d love to hear from you.

Now, in terms of our coffee group, what I’d like to share with you is that this isn’t your typical networking group. Yes, there are a number of local business professionals in our group, and we’re also intent on making friends, helping each other, and finding ways to help the local community.

In this case I want to tell you about Ron Kenney. Ron’s one of the professionals in our coffee group that’s helping me with the Outreach Committee at Flatirons Habitat For Humanity.

Ron is also looking for a new employment opportunity.Ron’s work history can be summarized like this:

Twenty+ years of progressive responsibility and corporate experience in senior sales operations, channel and direct sales management, sales training, sales force automation, marketing, finance, and general management.

I’ve heard Ron speak a couple of times about his work history, his successes in previous high-responsibility positions, and his intentions for future work, but the best way for you to learn what makes Ron tick, and what Ron Kenney can bring to your company is to meet Ron in person.

If you’re not in the place yet to consider a face-to-face meeting with Ron, I can share with you some documentation that gives you a great snapshot of how he’s participated in the success of companies such as Xerox, Luminous Electronics Recycling, Nortel Networks, and Storage Technology Corporation.

Here are some sample success milestones that jumped out at me when I reviewed his background:

Xerox:

Documented success in achieving 10-15% revenue growth in agent and direct sales channels while increasing bottom-line profits by $2M.

Luminous:

Generated new revenue stream by delivering to individual consumers a cost-effective package of services that had previously been available only to corporations, thereby opening a completely new market for Luminous.

Storage Technology Corporation:

Co-designed and rolled-out a custom-built corporate sales management and productivity enhancement process with sales tools, which was adopted globally for immediate utilization throughout the U.S., Canada, and Europe resulting in a 15% increase in revenue and sales productivity.

Nortel Networks:

Mentored and provided sales management guidance to four multi-functional Major Account Teams comprised of systems engineers, analysts, account executives, and support reps to close $3.5 M in new business opportunities.

Call, Text, or Email me. I’ll send you Ron’s docs, or better yet, I’ll help you get a personal meeting with Ron to give you a chance to see if he’s the kind of professional that can help you meet your professional goals.
