Superior Colorado Real Estate Market Update Q1 2010

Real estate in Superior Colorado is still a good investment. The latest data shows prices trending upwards, so if you’re one of those that’s been waiting for the bottom, you’ll see in the chart at the end of my post today that median prices are already trending upwards.

Also remember that the home buyer tax credit is not just for new home buyers.  If you’re moving, and have lived in your current home at least five of the last eight years, you may also qualify for a tax credit up to $6,500. The deadline to be under contract to purchase is April 30th 2010, and you have to close the sale by June 30th 2010.
