Boulder Restaurant Pizzeria Basta
Thinking about eating out at a Boulder restaurant is often a challenging task, as there are so many Boulder restaurants, and so may GOOD Boulder restaurants.
This particular Boulder restaurant is located at The Peloton Boulder, near the intersection of 38th & Arapahoe, right in the middle of The Peloton.
Pizzeria Basta is making some changes, and as far as I know, from my own experience and listening to critiques from various Boulderites around town, this is one of the best Pizzeria style Boulder restaurants around.
The hours have changed a little. They’re now offering a Friday lunch from 11:30am to 2:30pm only.
For the rest of the week, lunch will be closed. The afternoons are now available for private events, cocktail parties and buyouts (more on this below).

A settlement announced this week among state and federal officials and the nation’s five largest banks is the largest joint state-federal settlement in history against an industry. The settlement, which amounts to somewhere between $25 billion and $26 billion, is aimed at fixing some of the mortgage abuses over the last few years that caused people to lose their home.
So what does the settlement mean for home owners?
