Old North Boulder Neighborhood Profile

I recently completed a special video profile of the Old North Boulder Neighborhood for you.

There are about 1500 homes in this Boulder neighborhood including mostly single family homes, some apartments, and a few public housing developments. It’s a great mix of both varied residential buildings and shopping opportunities.

Another great feature of this neighborhood is the North Boulder Recreation Center. Boulder also has the South Boulder Rec center, and East Boulder Rec center, but with another recent renovation, the North Boulder Rec center some say rivals private athletic clubs in the area.

Thinking of moving or know someone that might move? Call or email me today so we can explore together what this neighborhood, or another great Boulder neighborhood has to offer you.

More great destinations available to Old North Boulder residents include parks such as Salberg, Columbine, and the famous North Boulder Park just west of Broadway in the Newlands Neighborhood.

Also don’t forget about Longs and the Community Gardens. The famous Moe’s Broadway Bagels, The Hungry Toad across Broadway (Try the Dirty Bird sandwich) and the upscale Italian restaurant Radda are all great stopping points.

Call or email me now if you’re ready to look further at finding your new home, or getting one sold in this or any other fine Boulder neighborhood.
