Louisville Colorado Steel Ranch Is A Hit

Homes are selling quickly at Steel Ranch in Louisville, Colorado, and Steel Ranch is getting a lot of press lately.

In fact, the Daily Camera covered the new patio homes being built by Boulder Creek Builders received some recent press in their “At Home” section, and an article by John Aguilar from the Daily Camera covered the patio home development. The only miss was that the article early August provided a bit of misdirection when giving the impression that this is the last new development in Louisville.

Let’s not forget Markel Homes’ North End development. If you’re looking for new homes in Louisville, you can look at both sides of the road.

Speaking of Steel Ranch, if patio homes aren’t your bag, go in and talk to the folks at Ryland Homes. Ryland has an office, and a couple of models to give you an idea of what their product looks like.

I was really impressed with the quality, fit and finish… and so is one of my buyers. He’s swapping central Boulder for Steel Ranch. Don’t wait too long though, there’s a bit of a waiting list, and while there’s a strong demand for the Ryland homes, the builder is keeping up nicely.

Many people assume that the area east of 95th and just across the road from Steel Ranch isn’t in Louisville. However, Markel’s North End development is indeed a Louisville address, and they are also building some terrific home in that area. Michael Markel built many homes in the Boulder area, including some in Dakota Ridge, and the quality continues at the North End.

Lest you think I have some sort of agenda, it is indeed true that Steel Ranch and North End are both terrific developments, and if you are looking for new construction as opposed to a pre-owned home, this is likely going to be your last opportunity other than custom homes and infill projects.

Remember, Ryland is building the single family homes, and they have two ‘series’ of styles to accommodate different tastes for size and price, and Boulder Creek is building the patio homes. In fact, to quote Judy Finman and her article from the Camera:

You’re Invited!  Boulder Creek Life and Home invites the public to its Grand Opening and Open House at Steel Ranch in Louisville on Saturday, November 5. Tour the neighborhood and new model home. Boulder Creek will make a contribution to the Louisville Senior Foundation for every person who attends.
