photo1.jpgSome wonderful people that had been part of my “family” for many years came to a point where they wanted to change neighborhoods and get closer to work and school.

They turned to this Boulder Realtor to get some help.

As 2nd time home-buyers they had the savvy to know much of the process.

I brought a few new things to the table for them including some in depth search tools that they utilized daily until we found the perfect home for them on Da Vinci Drive in Longmont.

Rowan and Alison were wonderful people to work with and it was my pleasure to help them find their new home and make sure that the transaction went smoothly from the point that they made their offer until we actually closed the sale and gave them the keys to their new home!
