Hughes Construction Captures Boulder Real Estate Opportunity

With the precision of a master craftsman, and the experience of a seasoned professional, Bob Hughes sees opportunity where others see downturn.

In a meeting this morning with Bob Hughes, owner of Hughes Construction, I had the opportunity to sit down with Bob, and my videographer, Dan Knudson, to talk about Bob’s business.

We were in a planning session about some upcoming profile work on Bob’s business as a Boulder Custom Home Builder. Hughes has been building Boulder Real Estate for many years.

There was an unexpected upside to all the concern over the economic downturn and national recession.

Call or email me now, if you are thinking about taking advantage of the current real estate market. It’s heating up around Boulder!

The upside for those of you thinking about a custom built home is that construction costs are down, and Bob Hughes is in the middle of bringing the economic advantages of this to his clients.

He has a new project south of Boulder near Eldorado Springs on tap, and has shown financial efficiencies to several other client’s projects. All of this because he has used his experience and skill to leverage great savings from his suppliers.

Here’s the thing I like about Bob Hughes, or at least one of the things I like; Bob doesn’t think of this as an opportunity to line his pockets with more profit. He sees a chance to bring savings and opportunity to his clients.
