Habitat For Humanity Eyes Vojta Farm

The Flatirons Habitat For Humanity organization is targeting some Boulder real estate for one of their next projects. This time in north boulder on an area commonly known as Vojta Farm.

You may be familiar with the Northfield Commons project which is in the immediate vicinity of this project planned by local builder Markel and also Coast To Coast.

Call or email me for more information if you’re ready to explore moving to north boulder or another angle of real estate in our area.

The property that Habitat for Humanity is considering building on has also been known as Northfield Meadows, and is located on several acres to the south west of 47th and Jay Road.

In June 2002, plans were concepted for 147 units on the 17+ acres formerly known as Vojta Farm, and now called Northfield Meadows. If you’re familiar with the current location of the Northfield Commons development, the Vojta Farm/Northfield Meadows property is slightly north east and adjacent to 47th and Jay Rd. The Pleasant View Soccer fields are nearby.

What’s exciting about this location is that it’s another opportunity for Flatirons habitat to build in the city of Boulder. As the local Habitat affiliate ramps up efforts to build more homes this year as part of the new Executive Director’s strategic plan, watch for other project location announcements in Boulder and the surrounding communities.

If you want to learn more about the real estate building plans for Flatirons Habitat, or have plans for your own real estate needs, please call or email me soon so that we can discuss how I can assist you with a smooth transaction.

I would welcome the chance to learn more about your needs, and to have the opportunity to work for you.
