East Boulder Real Estate Home Tour

I have a new home video tour of another piece of Boulder real estate for sale. This time the featured home is in east Boulder in a subdivision listed as Ponderosa/Meadow Glen. It’s a quiet area north east of the intersection of 55th St. and Baseline Road.

I hope you’ll check out the tour I made for you of this great home. It backs up to a park area with a wonderful pond. If you have questions, or want a personal tour, Please call or email me so we can arrange that for you.

This is a single-family home that’s right on the park-like setting of one of the paths in the neighborhood. The park and path confluence even includes a pond, and many mature trees and shrubs.

What I also really like about this home is the way it’s situated on the lot. It’s oriented in a way that maximizes privacy and light.

You’ll also love knowing that the kitchen and master bath have been updated. The master bath and main floor bath have beautiful tile, which looks a lot like Travertine. There’s also a nicely done application of fire-glazed tile surrounding the mirrors in these two bathrooms. Look for this feature in the tour.

Many of the homes I’ve been in that are three levels like this one have kind of a ‘narrow’ feeling. That’s not true at all for this home. The moment you walk in, you can see the openness and expansiveness I felt when I toured this home for you.

The main floor has oak floors throughout. That gives this home a very warm, but modern feeling and it’s a great update that really works well and makes this home feel special. The visual connection between the living, dining, and kitchen areas works very well, and all of this space is set off by the private view of the landscaped back patio area. This view floats right on out to the park and path confluence with the pond.

The home includes three bedrooms, three baths, and it’s over 2100 square feet. Of that 2100+ square feet, the listing agent, Stephanie, says that 1975 of those are finished space.

You’ll see in the tour I made for you that the home looks just like a new model home. That’s because Stephanie and the sellers were smart about their work, and hired Design Matters Home to stage the property. The staging work is only found in the tour you can see above, the still photos here in my article are prior to the staging work. I think the careful work done to stage the home is good for you.

This is great for you because I’ve found it’s much easier to imagine yourself living in the space if it’s furnished to show off all of the features and spaces well. This shows just like a model home, and the work that Helly from Design Matters did here gives you an excellent read on how the home can work for you when you move into it.

You’ll see some of the staging in the tour, but the best way to determine if you might be able to call this home your home, is to get inside and experience it first-hand.

I’d like to give you that opportunity, and I think you’re best served to have a trusted Boulder Realtor on your side when buying Boulder real estate. If you’re ready, please call or email me now and I’ll set up a private and personal tour of this home for you at your convenience.
