ConocoPhillips Louisville and Jobs

Even without ConocoPhillips jobs,

I’m beginning to think that the Boulder County area is more stable than I realized.

Real estate sales are up substantially,

and prices are holding pretty steady.

No wonder there  hasn’t been much talk about what’s going on at the former Storage Tek campus lately.

I’d seriously enjoy having the opportunity to talk to you about your plans if you’re moving, or if you know someone who is considering a move, and needs some straight answers.

I’ve even tried emailing some of my contacts at ConocoPhillips and they all bounce. We haven’t seen any activity over there except a big pile of crushed concrete which has been sitting there doing nothing for many, many months.

Nonetheless, Money magazine chose Louisville, Colorado the number one small town to live in again for a second time in the last three years.

Must be plenty of jobs and a robust economy that self-sustains even without the thousands of promised jobs …

Time will tell, but in the meantime I Boulder county is going strong, and the future is so bright, perhaps as Corey Hart said, “I gotta wear shades”…
