Boulder Maps

Recently I went looking for a map of the Coal Creek Trail that runs through Louisville, Colorado.
The Coal Creek Trail connects with the Rock Creek Trail in Superior, Colorado, and can take you all the way out east into Lafayette, Colorado.
The local municipalities and Boulder county have done a great job of building, marking, maintaining and connecting various trail systems in the area.
Well, I hit a great location on the Boulder County website. There are more map links on the Boulder County Maps page than I think I’d ever want.
Crystal Lakes Riverfront Update

I took a quick trip up to the Crystal Lakes subdivision near Red Feather Lakes a while back.
It was a fun journey as the weather changed constantly during the drive from sunny and warm, to near blizzard-like conditions, and back again.
I made the short trek to check up on one of the homes I have for sale, and to add some “silent salesmen” to the home.
If you have been working with a Realtor marketing your home, and you haven’t heard of these little helpers, feel free to send them a link to this blog post, and share it with your friends.
It’s one of a few things I’ve implemented over the years that together with all that we do to market a home, really helps Buyer’s Agents when them come visiting with prospective buyers.
There are many ways to promote a home for sale, and you’ve probably figured out by now that your Buyer’s Agent can’t have all the information on each and every home you go looking at together.
So why not empower him, and you as a buyer with tools to help you understand the intricacies of a home, and all the special features and qualities the home has for you.
Wouldn’t that make it easier to make a decision about which home to select?
Solar Gardens in Xcel Territory
Solar energy continues to be a hot topic. You want to “go solar” but your roof is shaded? Or your roof doesn’t face south? Endless vents, pipes, chimneys, and other roof obstructions?
Inadequate roof structure? Complicated roof lines? Aesthetic concerns? Restrictive home owner’s association?
The fix is simple. Join a Solar Garden. This is another great way to integrate solar energy into your lifestyle.

In this video I had help from my 10 year old son Marshal. We had a lot of fun making the loop in and out and around downtown Boulder to show you just how to get where you need to go, and on the right day, how and where to park for free!

5 Good Reasons to Buy a Home Now
I know there’s always some reason to buy, or not to buy.
Is the time right? Have we hit the bottom of the market? Can I get a good value, or the right price? Will interest rates go down? Can I qualify for a mortgage?
While you may want to defer your purchase for any of these reasons, buying a home remains a wise long term economic decision for most of us:
