Louisville real estate has been moderately active with 28 homes sold in July. With the news of the new ConocoPhillips facility still resonating in the ears of most residents, I think there’s a feeling of optimism around Louisville, Superior, and Broomfield. Read more

Louisville Sold Data For June 2008

The city of Louisville, Colorado sold homes data shows that 27 homes sold in June 2008 according to local MLS data. The high price was $860,000 for a home at 462 Spruce. The low price for June was $242,000 for a home at 512 Sunset.

Average price for June sold homes was $399,885; median price: $337,000. Average days on market was 57. This data is single-family homes only, not condos.

ConocoPhillips Economic Impact Development Plans

This morning I went to a meeting put on by the group Boulder Tomorrow. The focus was on the economic impact and development plans of the new ConocoPhillips facility.
