Lafayette Colorado June Home Sales

In June 2008, 28 single-family homes were sold in Lafayette, Colorado.

The high price was $760,000 for a home at 2494 Ginny and the low price was $215,000 for a home at 700 Brome. These are sold homes marketed and listed for sale by Realtors who market their homes in the IRES MLS system. All my data comes from this resource.

The average price of the homes sold in June 2008 for Lafayette, CO was $371,432. The median price was $346,000, and the average days on the market for these 28 homes was 92. When you compare the sold data from Superior and Louisville, it looks like it took a fair bit longer, on average, to get a home sold in Lafayette compared to those two towns.

Lafayette Real Estate Approved for Lowe’s Amid Controversy

One of the top Lafayette real estate stories according to the local Lafayette News publication was the voter approval of annexation of land for a new Lowe’s store in Lafayette.
