Boulder Home For Sale: The Reserve
A Boulder home for sale in the reserve has my attention. I spent the middle part of the day working on finding new Boulder homes for sale.
Today I just finished giving one of my buyers (actually two of them… they are a couple) a tour of Boulder County. What a great time we had! Since they are new to the area and relocating from out of state, our initial adventure took us around various parts of Boulder considering which Boulder home for sale might work for them.
This afternoon, I’m holding an open house at a home in the reserve. It’s at 6190 Songbird Circle. Technically the subdivision is called Sombrero Ranch, but everyone refers to this area as The Reserve.
