Condo Renovation Becomes Great Value for Boulder Real Estate Market
The renovation is finally finished for a premier piece of Boulder real estate. We’ve been working on the finished touches on a condo at the Water Street Condominiums for the last few days and it’s ready to go! There are lots of Boulder condos for sale but this one is awesome!
We basically took a condo that had been a rental since the mid 1980’s that hadn’t had any upgrades except carpet and the occasional paint job and gutted it. Out came the beige laminate counters and old cheap cabinets. We yanked the old, contractor-grade lights and faucets. Gone too were the old scratched doors, hardware and window coverings.
