Boulder Travel Agent Specializes In Beaches And Mountains

Can’t find a Boulder travel agent that quite gives you what you are looking for? Let me tell you about a local woman that you might like to know.

But first, let me ask you something. Do you ever find yourself going through your daily routine, passing the same people by again and again, and never saying hello?

Well, we’ve all done that, and I admit I’m guilty of this on many occasions. But, I started trying hard to change that because I wanted to get to know more people, and understand what kinds of things they’re into. That’s how I met Pamela Smith.

I took the time to say hello and introduce myself to several people over the last couple of months. One of those people is Pamela Smith. Pamela helps people with a different kind of move than I do. She owns Ocean Summit Travel, and has a zest for her work I don’t often see in people.

photo_040909_003Local expert and Boulder custom home builder Bob Hughes is in the middle of another green building project. This is an opportunity to see the real deal when it comes to professional green building and home design.

I went with local professional Boulder videographer, Dan Knudson, to the future home of a local Boulder architect last week to take a look at the progress of Hughes’ work in the Old North Boulder neighborhood.

VaST Architecture South Boulder Project Profile

I have a new boulder business profile for you. This is a highlight, and you can see the full tour and all the rest about these Boulder Architects in my video section.

This profile shows how VaST brought its expertise to an otherwise ordinary home to make it an outstanding example of Boulder real estate at its modern, and green finest.

One of the cool things about this renovation project is that VaST Architecture really brought something special to the table for this client. But that’s what VaST does!

Originally, the homeowner had an architect friend put together some plans for a remodel that included popping the top to create a master suite. Apparently those plans hadn’t taken budget issues into the mix.

When the homeowner consulted with the VaST team, he realized another great solution was on tap for him. That’s what I love about this story; it’s situations like this where we often learn that really good communication and thorough consultative time nets the best results.

Working within the existing floorplan (not popping the top), Brandy, Joseph, and their team of experts at VaST Architecture helped this homeowner realize his goals.

With a focus on green techniques, modern design, and attention to the budget this homeowner got a complete remodel and exactly what he needed for his lifestyle choice. And, the end result is a home with more value, more live-ability, and lower operating costs.

Want to meet the VaST architectural team to get more details, or thinking about a move? Call or email me, I’m hoping to have the chance to learn more about what you have planned!

photo_030909_006Have you ever resorted to the yellow pages or one of those coupon books to find help when you needed it?

Many of us have, and that’s normal, since we usually don’t call the plumber until the toilet is overflowing, or the doctor until we’re sick.

Watch this video to get an idea of what I’m talking about. Read more
