Boulder Real Estate Market Activity May 2010

The median and average prices of sold homes in Boulder is leveling off and slightly lower than the previous month. Activity has now moved back into the lower to mid price ranges.

I still think that if you’ve been thinking of selling a home which might be priced in the upper range of the market, you may want to take a close look at what’s going on as it may become a good market for you to sell.

The  data on Boulder condos says that condos are taking a bit longer to sell, but we see about the same number sold in May as we saw sold in April. Nice and steady… although the average and median prices of sold Boulder condos is slightly down when compared to the April numbers.

Number Sold: 88

Average Price: $295,693

Median Price: $243,000

Average Days On Market: 162
