Boulder Printing Company Moving

Boulder, Colorado printing company D&K Printing Inc. has been a long-standing business in the community for many years, and while they’ve been at the location just east of 28th on Pearl for quite a long time (over 30 years), time is catching up, and redevelopment is moving in.

The new owners of the current D&K location have acquired adjacent property and intend to develop it into a large mixed-use project similar to many others in town which should include retail, office and even a 100+ room hotel.

D&K employs almost 30 people and the relocation will take them just a short distance across town so it’s likely that the staff won’t have issues with keeping their jobs.

The company bought a new building out on east Arapahoe Road which is almost 17,000 square feet. I imagine owning their own building will give them some sense of stability after handling the last couple years of uncertainty after their landlord announced the intent to sell their current location.

Apparently D&K had some difficulty finding a suitable new location. With the popularity of a couple of growth industries like marijuana growing and beer brewing competing with other expanding businesses for commercial warehouse style space.
