Boulder Peloton Condos Now Has Residents

On a recent April Tuesday …the 29th actually… the first residents of The Boulder Peloton took possession of their new  Boulder condos.

As this mile-market event for The Peloton is finally crossed, many locals are excited to see one of the largest Boulder condo projects get its first residents.

I have some buyers that are getting ready to move in and expect to close their real estate transaction sometime in July. My clients are now more excited than ever given that it finally looks like a soon-to-be-realized certainty that they’ll have their new home.

July closings will be building D. The first closing in late April were in building C and so now the Peloton is officially occupied! Another exciting part of this is that there are finished units available and ready for immediate occupancy. So, if you’re inclined to become part of this Boulder condo community, now is a good time to check out what they have to offer.

Keep in mind my advice: if you think that you’re interested in purchasing a home, whether it’s a pre-owned home or new construction, single-family house or condo; it’s a really good idea to consider having a buyer’s agent to represent your interests. If you want to know more about what the benefits of buyer agency are and how that works you can read my page on buyers agency and the general buyer info on my site.

If you aren’t already familiar with The Peloton, it’s a mixed-use development on the former Excabyte site on Arapahoe at about the 3800 block, and just a short walk from Twenty Ninth Street shopping area.

With an unusual twist, the developers of this project built the community center first. This gives an excellent benefit to the early residents who will have a fantastic facility all to themselves. In most other developments, residents would have to wait for project completion to see the developer get the funding needed to complete the community facilities.

If you want to get more info on The Peloton or would like to see it in person, give me a call or an email and I’ll help you any way I can!
