Boulder real estate has seen a steady market, and especially in the mid to lower price ranges. Now is a great time to participate in the strong Boulder real estate market.

Are you aware that the home buyer tax credit is not just for new home buyers? Even if you already own a home, you may qualify for up to $6500! In either case, the deadline to be under contract to purchase is April 30th 2010, but you don’t have to close until June 30th 2010.
