Boulder Job Growth Continues to Boost Economy

Boulder continues to add jobs.

Terma Software Labs Inc. recently signed a long-term lease in the Flatiron Park office park in Boulder.  Terma is  relocating to a larger office because it is growing, and intends to increase its workforce by about 20% to 25% before the end of this year.

Garrett Cole, vice president of sales and marketing at  Terma said the company  is moving to a 10,500-square-foot office at 5555 Central Avenue in July.

The company currently is located at 3005 Center Green in Boulder.

Terma manufactures workload automation software which integrates with larger enterprise applications developed by CA Technologies and Cisco, and others. Terma Software Lab’s  applications provide performance analytics for larger applications.

The additional workers at Terma Software will be focused on the company’s  launch of  two new applications, according to Cole. One application integrates specifically with Cisco applications, which will likely be released about March, and the other application is designed to  integrate with CA Technologies products.

Terma sales focus is enterprise level softward for large corporations, and according to VP Cole, the company is doing well, especially in the financial arena.

It’s been reported that Goff Capital Partners, which recently acquired a large amount of commercial real estate in the Flatiron Park office park in Boulder will provide a large amount of tenant  improvements to the building for Terma Software.
