Boulder Condos Real Estate Market January Summary
Here’s the scoop on the Boulder condos sold in January 2008. The Boulder real estate market was pretty active with almost as many condos sold as single family homes. There were 29 Boulder condos sold last month and there were 39 single family homes sold in that same time period.
Here comes the basic numbers for January including Boulder condos sold, condos for sale and also Boulder condos that failed to sell. While we’re hearing that the FHA limits might not pan out to help us much with the local Boulder real estate market, the increase in terms for the Jumbo loan market may help.
The economic stimulus package that congress approved seems to have headed int he direction we wanted for jumbo loans so that the threshold will be somewhere in the $700’s instead of down around $417,000.
