Boulder Condos At Park Gables Revisited

Park Gables is due to complete this summer. It’s the perfect solution for a buyer who is considering a transition from single family home living, but isn’t quite ready for the culture shock of going immediately from a home with a yard, to an urban style condo with elevators and hallways. This is something very different from the Peloton.

If you’re ready for that abrupt change to that urban style living, the Peloton might be a good fit. If you’re looking for something of a more subtle transition to a home with a bungalow architectural style, and an attached garage, at the foot of Flagstaff Mountain, Park Gables is something you should take a look at.  You’ll get a ‘lock and leave’ lifestyle (with an HOA taking care of most of the maintenance) and yet still have the kind of home that appeals to the outdoor enthusiast inside you. Biking and hiking on mountain trails just outside your door are only the beginning.

If you’re an active-lifestyle person that wants more than a deck to experience the outdoors at your new home, and you missed the open house at Park Gables last weekend, give me a ring and I’ll schedule a private tour for you.
