Ballot Issue 1A Passes Time For Simple Solar Solution

If you’ve been thinking about how high your energy bill is, and wondering if solar is a good solution for you, now may be the time to learn more. With ballot issue 1A passing, you may have a great solution for funding a photo voltaic solar electricity solution with little or no out-of-pocket expense.
Why solar for you? If you’re environmentally conscious you might want to know about a recent solar electric photo voltaic system installation.

If you want more information about solar for your home, or you are thinking about moving , will you please call or email me now, so I can get you straight answers to your real estate and solar questions?

Consider a recent installation that  generates 4,438 kilowatt hours of electricity yearly. This same system prevents over seven thousand pounds of CO2 from entering the atmosphere annually. It would take 88 trees ten years to offset this much carbon. This is an actual solar installation, and is representative of the kind of results you might expect if you choose solar. What a great way to reduce your carbon footprint!
In terms of funding, another interesting part of the recent federal bailout initiative is a rider to that bill which gave a boost to the solar industry, and consequently the industry’s clients, for another eight years.
In addition to helping the ailing economy, H.R. 1424 has enabled renewable energy on a national scale.  The resolution enacts a thirty percent investment tax credit (ITC) for residential and commercial solar installations.

The previous incarnation of the bill capped tax rebates at $2,000 which tended to discourage larger renewable energy systems for small buildings.  The new bill is a true tax credit with no cap or other strings attached with homeowners, business owners, and even utilities invited to take part.  Sun-drenched roofs just got a lot more valuable across the board and across the United States.

I have a mini seminar coming up on November 17th in Boulder which will give you an opportunity to learn more about investment tax credits for solar installations, the benefit to you from ballot issue 1A, and any other issue you may have about solar powered electricity solutions for your home. It’s free, just let me know you want to attend, and I’ll put you on the list.

If you can’t wait for the upcoming seminar, or you want to let me know you’re coming, please call or email me and I’ll help you get what you need right away.
